I love creating solutions that breathe life into customer experience and business processes. Having spent many years doing this in various capacities within IT, AV, events and recording industries, I decided it was time for a new challenge, and that software development was the right one for me!
I absolutely love learning new things, so being in the software team at Pentagon, where I can absorb so much from colleagues like a coding sponge...is an amazing place to be. I love that the ultimate end beneficiary of my work are kids across the country – giving them super fun and active experiences in their school time. In fact, I clearly remember when my own primary school had a little adventure playground installed. We were all practically quivering with excitement on opening day. It became a hub of playground games and social life. I never did quite master the monkey bars though...
In my time outside of work, I like to spend time with my wonderful other half, continue in my roots of producing music, compete in local Badminton leagues, and enjoy all the British countryside around me has to offer on bike or foot. I’m also something of a foodie so if you’ve ever got a recommendation of somewhere to eat, you know who to tell :)
