Operation Administrator

Base Location: Middlewich, Cheshire

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 Full-time, Permanent (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

 

  • Data entry – populating information on to a web-based CRM system
  • Communicating with internal and external suppliers on the phone and by email
  • Assisting with general office administrative duties – adhoc & project based
  • Supporting the Project Managers, Customer Service Co-ordinator, and Operations Manager
  • Relay information to the Installation teams
  • Send daily updates of planned collections and deliveries – customer focused
  • Carry out enhanced DBS checks
  • Fleet management
  • Installer timesheet management / assisting with payroll information

Experience Required

 

  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel & good knowledge Microsoft Office
  • Customer relationship Experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent verbal & written Communication
  • Ability to work to set programs and deadlines
  • A calm disposition whilst being able to work under pressure

We need a dynamic, multi skilled individual to be part of our Operations Team with a keen eye for detail to work along with our Installation & Manufacturing teams to deliver exciting playground installation projects.
