Self-installation design includes a step-by-step guide and requires basic tools
A creative piece of sensory playground equipment, the Drawing Sensory Spinner combines spinning movement and mark-making to encourage visual exploration and creativity in SEN and EYFS settings.
Pupils can draw a pattern before setting the wheel spinning, or hold chalk against the board as it rotates to create completely different designs. As they push and pull the wheel, they build muscular strength while experimenting with speed, movement and cause and effect. What pattern will they create?
The spinner also creates a fascinating visual illusion, appearing to continue moving even after it has stopped. Children can watch closely, compare what they see and discuss why the pattern seems to move, encouraging curiosity and observation alongside their creative play.
As part of our self-installation range, the Drawing Sensory Spinner can be installed using basic tools and comes with a step-by-step guide. A simple yet versatile addition to the school playground, it gives pupils the freedom to create, spin and explore again and again.

Bring mesmerising motion and creative freedom to your playground!
