Each Den Making Post includes totem holes and grooves that run from the bottom to the top, ensuring den building can take place at every height. Moreover, the posts themselves can be supplied at different heights, making this a fully inclusive product. One idea could even see EYFS children build dens with taller children from Key Stage 1 and 2.

The holes and grooves are ideal for threading and weaving activities which can be one of the best methods to improve children's tactile and fine motor skills. Additionally, the holes and grooves could also be used for creating tunnels, hanging props, building dens and creating number lines - the possibilities are endless.

This product can be purchased as a singular post or in multiple configuration like the example pictured. The choice is entirely up to you.
