Small Covered Sand Box

Bring sensory discovery and imaginative fun to your early years setting with the Small Covered Sand Box, a compact outdoor sand pit perfect for hands-on sand play!

Children can dig, scoop and create as they explore the fascinating texture of sand, developing sensory awareness, physical skills and coordination through every movement. Whether they're hunting for buried treasure, digging for gold or constructing their own miniature worlds, this nursery sand pit provides an exciting space for imaginations to flourish.

Sand play also creates wonderful opportunities for children to play alongside one another, sharing ideas, creating games and developing their communication, language and social skills. As their creations grow, they'll learn to cooperate, take turns and enjoy the experience of learning together.

The covered design offers more than protection from external elements; the lid can encourage children to understand responsibility and the importance of caring for shared resources. A valuable addition to any early years outdoor environment, this sand box delivers lasting opportunities for sensory, social and imaginative play.
