Active 6 Fitness Station

Six stations, one brilliant fitness circuit! The Air Skiers work the legs from side to side in a swinging, oscillating motion that imitates slalom skiing, toning the abdominals, obliques and lower back. The Air Walkers deliver a smooth lower body cardio workout that strengthens the hips and legs, while the T'ai Chi Spinners get arms and shoulders turning the large wheels to build mobility and control.

With space for six children to exercise at once, it adds a friendly competitive edge to the playground (ski-ll and thrills all around)! In KS1 and KS2 settings, teachers can use it for PE lessons, active interventions and conversations about healthy lifestyles and well-being.
