The Air Walker (Adult Kit) is a pivoted outdoor fitness station designed for students above KS2, up to age 19, delivering a full lower body workout through a smooth, swinging, oscillating motion. As users glide back and forth, they build momentum, cardiovascular fitness, and strength and flexibility in the hips and legs, not to mention rhythm, coordination and focus. It's a brilliant fit for secondary, post-16 and SEN settings, where students can work at their own pace and set personal goals (a real step in the right direction)!
