With over ten years of experience in education, Emma brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role as an Outdoor Learning Advisor. Having taught across Early Years, Primary, and Specialist settings, she understands the importance of creating inspiring environments that support children’s development. At Pentagon, Emma is the friendly first point of contact for customers, helping to bring their ideas to life and guiding them at the very start of their journey.
Emma loves being part of a positive, energetic team and finds it incredibly rewarding to see projects grow from an initial conversation to a finished playground installation. Her blend of teaching expertise and organisational skills means she can support schools in a well-rounded and informed way, making her a valuable member of the Pentagon family.

A Bit About Me!
As a child, I dreamed of all sorts of careers, from teacher to author to running my own cosy tea rooms. Teaching was always at the heart of those dreams, and I have always loved helping others to learn and grow.
Outside of work, I am a busy mum to Ava and Ralph and help out on my partner’s family farm. Life is a lively mix of sheep, cows, arable work, and quality family time. I also enjoy trips to the coast, a good pub lunch, shopping, and spending time with my dog Max. A fun fact about me is that I once attended a Garden Party at Buckingham Palace!
My Work at Pentagon Play
My role begins with speaking to schools and commercial clients about their projects, finding out their needs, and booking meetings with our sales consultants. I also provide behind-the-scenes support for the regional sales team and help direct calls to the right people. Each day is a busy mix of enquiries, quotes, and follow-ups, but what I enjoy most is being that friendly voice at the start of every Pentagon journey.
