Tasked with supporting schools and nurseries to design and develop their dream playgrounds, Paul Bayliss is our brilliant Director of Sales here at Pentagon Play. With a passion for helping schools create outdoor spaces that inspire, Paul works closely with staff and school councils to deliver play environments every child can enjoy.
Since joining Pentagon Play back in 2005 as a junior sales consultant, Paul has immersed himself in every aspect of the business, from product design to installation. His hands-on experience means he has a real understanding of how playgrounds are built and how they impact learning and play. It’s this all-round knowledge that helps Paul design play areas that bring learning to life and create lifelong memories for children across the UK.

A Bit About Me!
I’ve always been a big kid at heart. Even at school, I loved every minute of my playtimes. In fact, my parents used to take me to school 30 minutes early just so I could play football with my friends before lessons began! Some of my fondest memories are of football on the tarmac with jumpers for goalposts or being allowed on the field when the sun came out.
I’m lucky enough now to have a career that keeps me connected to those joyful moments, helping children create their own lasting memories in the playground.
