From a young age, Luke discovered his love of creativity and problem solving, which has stayed with him throughout his career. He joined Pentagon Play as a 3D playground designer and visualiser to fully use and expand his creative flow while working in a field that benefits so many people in so many ways.
Each day, Luke brings concepts to life in vibrant digital worlds where children can laugh, climb, and explore. His mornings are often spent refining 3D models or adjusting lighting to capture the joy of play, while afternoons might involve collaborating with clients to ensure every detail inspires wonder and keeps children safe. His work balances creativity and precision, designing not just playgrounds, but unforgettable childhood memories.

A Bit About Me!
When I was younger I dreamed of becoming a race car driver. I loved watching Formula 1 and that passion has stayed with me ever since. Over time my path took me in a different direction, from being self-employed to finding the stability and creativity that my role at Pentagon Play now gives me. Away from work I’ve always had a love for art, especially creating accurate and detailed models of popular fictional scenes.
I’m also a keen runner, having completed half marathons and now training hard for my first ultra-marathon. Some of my most memorable adventures include seeing the pyramids in Egypt as a child and even swimming in the Amazon River. And when it came to the playground, you’d always find me on the biggest piece of equipment there was.

From the very beginning, I’ve been involved in every aspect of Pentagon Play, from design and planning to meeting with schools and supporting our incredible team. I’m proud of how far we’ve come and even prouder of the difference we’ve made for children across the country. We’ve built over 15,000 playgrounds so far… and we’re just getting started!
