Adrian Cook is the Aftercare and Inspection Site Manager at Pentagon Play, where his passion for playground installation and maintenance shines through every project. Since joining the team, Adrian has developed expert knowledge in transforming outdoor environments and ensuring that all Pentagon playgrounds remain safe, vibrant and high-performing long after installation.
Whether he’s refreshing a colourful EYFS space with innovative equipment or inspecting a MUGA to ensure peak condition, Adrian brings enthusiasm, attention to detail and a strong sense of purpose to his work. His role plays a vital part in helping children across the UK enjoy inspiring outdoor spaces where they can learn and play every day.

A Bit About Me!
I love the variety this role brings, no two days are ever the same! One day I might be revitalising a nursery playground with new surfacing, and the next I’m fine-tuning a large sports area for a school’s PE curriculum. I get a real buzz from seeing the children watching the build take shape, their faces lighting up as they imagine how they’ll use their new space.
Outside of work, I’m always looking to develop new skills and enjoy being outdoors, which makes this job such a natural fit!

My role at Pentagon involves overseeing aftercare and inspection projects to ensure our playgrounds remain safe, functional and fun. I also work hands-on installing equipment and surfacing across the UK, turning creative playground visions into reality.
