Sarah Roberts brings boundless creativity and energy to her role as Social Media Specialist at Pentagon Play. With a background in primary education and a passion for visual storytelling, Sarah manages all things social—from content planning and strategy to filming TikToks on-site with excited pupils. Her days are full of variety, and she loves collaborating across the business to showcase the incredible impact of Pentagon’s playgrounds.
As a former teacher, Sarah has a deep-rooted belief in learning through play, making Pentagon Play the perfect fit. With over five years of experience in social media marketing and a background in photography, she blends creativity with purpose, ensuring that every piece of content reflects the joy and educational value of our outdoor spaces.

A Bit About Me!
Outside of work, you’ll often find me with a camera in hand, exploring Manchester with my photography group or rehearsing with my local choir and amateur dramatics group. I absolutely love travelling and try to go on at least five trips a year, with my favourite travel memory being snorkelling in the Great Barrier Reef as a child. I also once had Christmas Day drinks with Jarvis Cocker… which definitely makes for a good story!
My Work at Pentagon Play
No two days are ever the same in my role. One moment I’m planning out content strategies, and the next I’m filming pupils interacting with our playgrounds or photographing completed installations. I manage our social media presence across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn, handling everything from initial ideas to publishing and engagement. What I love most is getting to work closely with teachers, children and colleagues to capture the heart of what we do here at Pentagon.
