As Operations Manager at Pentagon Play, Andrew Boileau plays a vital role in making sure every playground project is completed smoothly, safely and on time. With a talent for organisation and a clear head under pressure, he ensures our teams and resources are in the right place at the right time to deliver outstanding outdoor spaces for schools and nurseries across the UK.
Andrew works closely with our internal teams and installation crews to oversee the practical side of each project. His attention to detail, logistical mindset and collaborative approach make him a key player in Pentagon’s day-to-day operations.

A Bit About Me!
I grew up in Huyton, Liverpool, and spent most of my time outdoors, either in the woods on my bike or playing football on the local fields. As a lifelong Liverpool FC fan, my dream growing up was to play professionally for the team!
At school, History was my favourite subject. I was always fascinated by stories of ancient civilisations and key moments in time, I found them incredibly engaging and exciting to learn about.
The best part of my role at Pentagon is being able to organise and allocate resources effectively while being part of such a friendly and supportive team. There’s a real sense of collaboration here and I’ve felt warmly welcomed from day one.
Outside of work, I love spending time with friends and family, keeping active and continuing to support Liverpool – I never miss a game when I can help it!
A fun fact about me? My surname contains every single vowel, which is not something many people can say!
