Calling all young forest rangers! Pentagon Play have designed a unique and exciting trim trail to take you on a little adventure, the Glasswater Forest trail!

Inspired by the Glasswater Wood Forest in Downpatrick famous for its big trees and woodland, children will explore 6 different obstacles as they traverse across the outdoor play equipment.

The slalom weave traverse has been designed to build children’s core strength and spatial awareness as they weave through the poles, with the added challenge of balancing on the tightrope.

Bringing action and adventure to your playground, the trail is also a great way to introduce speed challenges to encourage healthy competition. Children can compete against one another to see who can complete the course in the fastest time.

With a critical fall height of 0.6m – 0.8m, this equipment is suitable to children of all ages allowing them work on their climbing confidence and access and take small risks in a safe environment.

After completing this trail, young forest rangers will be prepared to take on any challenge as they explore new forest adventures in the future.
