Alicia Brough was born in Texas but moved back to her parents’ native Yorkshire when she was just 18 months old. She spent her early childhood in the charming village of Saltaire before relocating to Cheshire during her primary school years. Alicia’s love of history and drama, fostered by a childhood dream of discovering lost cities like Atlantis and El Dorado, and many Indiana Jones films with her grandparents, has shaped her dynamic approach to her role.

As HR Manager at Pentagon Play, Alicia thrives on collaborating, communicating and innovating across departments to support the company’s mission. She believes that the people truly make Pentagon Play what it is, and loves being part of a close-knit, fun team (affectionately known internally as P.E.A.C.H.I).

A Bit About Me!

Outside work, I’m kept busy by my little boy and husband. We enjoy travelling around the UK in our campervan, exploring new places whenever we can. I’m a huge food lover—whether it’s cooking, eating or watching food programmes, and balance this with regular gym sessions and bouldering. A fun fact about me is that I collect royal commemorative teacups, with some dating back to the 1900s!
