I joined Pentagon Play in January 2019 as a Customer Care Coordinator. My job role consists of everything customer service, meaning that I am the first point of contact for customers who may have any queries about their installation or playground equipment after installation. As well as if any problems arise during or after their installation has taken place. I enjoy providing fantastic customer service to our wonderful customers and being able to solve any problems that they may have.
After studying music in college, I fell into the world of Events. Through this exciting, fast paced world, I discovered my love for both organisation and providing great customer service.
In my spare time, I love to explore new towns and cities seeking out great food and drink with friends and family.
I am looking forward to pushing the Customer Care Department forward as Pentagon Play grows as a business.
