As our IT Manager, he ensures all systems run smoothly across the business, supporting every department with the technology and tools they need to perform at their best. Whether he’s fixing tech issues, improving cybersecurity, or rolling out new hardware and software solutions, Todd keeps everything ticking behind the scenes.
Having originally joined Pentagon as an Apprentice Visualiser, Todd’s journey has taken him from creative design into a more technical field, though his creative problem-solving skills remain at the core of everything he does. He’s a true all-rounder who blends analytical thinking with hands-on know-how to support the entire team.

A Bit About Me
I originally joined Pentagon Play back in 2015 as an Apprentice Visualiser after studying Art & Design, Media Studies, and Business Studies at A-level. I was keen to find a hands-on route into the world of work, and an apprenticeship felt like the perfect way to combine creativity, learning, and real-world experience.
Over time, I found myself more drawn to the tech side of the business: solving problems, improving systems, and helping people work smarter. I transitioned into IT and haven’t looked back! The role challenges me every day, and I love finding new ways to make our internal systems more efficient and reliable.
Working at Pentagon means I get to collaborate with a fantastic team while doing something I genuinely enjoy. Every day is different, and there's always something new to learn or improve.
Outside of work, I like to keep active. I’m a regular at the gym, I enjoy experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes, and I’ve recently taken up padel, a fast-paced sport that’s a great mix of tennis and squash.

As IT Manager, I’m responsible for managing all our technology: from hardware and software to user support and system development. I work closely with every department to ensure their tech works flawlessly and look for new ways to improve efficiency, security, and performance across the company.
