Gisburn Forest Trim Trail

Pupils will love this challenging Gisburn Forest Trim Trail, full of opportunities for developing strength and coordination!

The Drop Rope Tightrope Crossing encourages pupils to utilise their upper body strength as they hold tightly on the ropes to help them navigate their way across.

Pupils can also do this on the Platform to Platform Beam Crossing and the Log Bridge Crossing.

Using the Walk and Stretch and Stepping Logs, pupils can build key coordination skills, carefully choosing their next step to ensure that they can get to the other side in one go!

Pupils’ balance will also be put to the test with the Incline Balance Beam and Log Balance Weaver, designed to encourage problem-solving as well as the development of strength and concentration.
