Pentagon did a renovation of our EYFS outdoor areas over a weekend and managed to get the job done to a very high standard, and Luke & team were here on the Monday morning to finish the last littl ebits and leave the area clean and ready to use. There was a misunderstanding with organisation of the floor materials (eg which parts they were going to be used for) and the Pentagon team helped resolve this and displayed top-notch customer service. Thank you to Jay, Georgia & Luke for their professionalism and desire to leave everything right - we would definitely use again for their customer focus alone!

Excellent start then a slight delay in starting due to our materials being sent to the wrong place. However Jason and his team worked super hard to claw back the wasted time. Resulting in our amazing space looking spit spot. The children love it and the quality is superb. Would definitely recommend Pentagon.

We recently used Pentagon to replace our old school trim trail with a new play tower and slide. Jordan was very helpful with the quotes, and the team that came to remove the old equipment and replace it with the new equipment were friendly and professional. Turn around times were also good. I would highly recommend!

I was very disappointed with both the product and the level of customer service received. We were supplied with a faulty block, and when we initially raised the issue, our concerns were not taken seriously. Instead of addressing the problem, we were issued with an invoice. It was only after we raised the matter again that we were offered a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement took over a month to arrive, and communication throughout the process was very poor. Updates were infrequent, and I often had to chase for information. What was particularly frustrating was that when I asked whether any compensation or discount would be offered for the inconvenience, I was repeatedly told that the replacement had been provided "for free" – as though I should have been expected to pay again to replace a faulty product. A replacement for a defective item should be standard practice, not presented as a goodwill gesture. The situation was especially concerning given the health and safety implications of the faulty product. We had specifically chosen to pay more for this supplier, believing the quality of the product and aftercare service would justify the additional cost. Sadly, that was not our experience. Overall, I found the handling of the issue disappointing and felt there was a lack of accountability, communication, and commitment to customer care. I would not choose this supplier again based on this experience.

This time around, Pentagon have been much better with their customer service, delivery and communiation than in previous years. Greg came out and was very helpful and supported our vision well. He was accommdating and wanted to hear of past experiences and make amense. Jay kept in constant communciation such as when a post was damaged and potential delays. He phoned to check everything was as expected and was keen to ensure everything had gone to plan and well. The three guys who fitted it were friendly, polite, hard working and eager to get everything done properly. They kept the area tidy, even added grass seed to areas around the posts, checked everything was fitted properly and talked me through each part as well as checking where we wanted certain equipment. Thank you everyone for making this process smooth and easy. It looks fantastic, the children love it and the fitting was easy going with minimal disturbance, especially as it was SATs week, so thank you.

We contacted Pentagon about giving our nursery garden a makeover and they definitely delivered, Lewis came out to do a site visit and the plans and he captured exactly what we were hoping to achieve. He created the plans and worked with us to make sure they were perfect. The booking and arranging was simple, through easy online systems and great customer service. We were then handed over to Ben who was the project manager and he kept us updated on the process and who would be attending site. On the week of installation, all fitters were polite, professional and very aware of the setting being an education setting and the policies in place to keep the children safe. They were quick, efficient and thorough. This shows in the playground we now have, the children and staff love it, parents have been delighted to see the renovation and it really has improved our outdoor provision. Thank you Pentagon!

We requested a quote from Pentagon for a small climbing frame for our foundation phase pupils. the Rep came out and was very professional giving us all the regulations and what we could have in the area. the team that fitted he unit were very pleasent and did an excellent job. The 'Get Set Go' blocks have been an invaluable addition to our playground. They are a piece of equipment which ALL of our learners, with all their diverse needs, can access and engage with, thanks to their adaptability and the open-ended play they encourage. They are immediately appealing and their use has had a hugely positive impact on: engagement in physical activity, gross motor skills, co-ordination and balance, problem solving and creative play, communication and social skills.

Our school outdoor area has been completely transformed. As teachers we do not have to spend a long time setting up any more the area is rich in open ended possibilities. The children now spend most of their day outside, fully immersed and engaged in the different areas. Their favourite area is the moveable water wall!!

Pentagon Play have installed some wonderful new Equipment into Sefton Park Schools reception playground over the May half term. From the design meeting through to installation the team at Pentagon are highly skilled and professional. They met with our Early Years leads to really understand the requirements of the project and have delivered a fantastic scheme which the children absolutley LOVE.

Pentagon are a fantastic company. We have many Pentagon products at Kelsall Primary & Nursery School and this is because of their high build quality and the ways in which the representatives liaise and work carefully with our school. For each project, competitive quotes and comprehensive designs allow us to tweak and change. Nothing is ever a problem and whenever on site - all appropriate health and safety, including DBS needs, are taken into account.
