Playground Equipment For Key Stage 2
As Key Stage 2 learners progress and become more and more mature, they need to have access to an outdoor learning environment that still pushes them to achieve more.
At this stage in their development, children have identified certain strengths and weaknesses that they have and our innovative playground designs can help children develop their strengths further and help rectify their weaknesses. For instance, our Multi-Use-games-Area (MUGA) will give children the platform to practice a sport that they are naturally gifted at and a Wildlife Area can be used to introduce children to concepts such as PH levels which will help prepare them for topics in secondary school.
The installation process was managed to cause minimal disruption to school activities. I would recommend Pentagon to other schools…Karen Duckworth - Padbury C of E School, Buckingham
Our playground was small and there was often large puddles, making outdoor P.E in the winter almost impossible. We had worked with Pentagon before, right from the start they were client orientated, very professional and very knowledgeable. They helped steer us to a practical, cost effective solution. The quality of worked continued into the construction phase. Equipment arrived on site as per schedule and was secured safely. The workmen arrived early, observed all H&S requirements, worked full days and left the site secure each evening.
We have now had our MUGA for over a year (nearly two winters). The children have used it every break and lunchtime as an extension to the playground. Clubs, games and coaching have gone on throughout the year. It is robust in construction, delightful to the eye, extremely practical and hard wearing.Mike O'Keefe - St Edmunds Catholic Primary School - Wiltshire
The installers were fabulous. They were building while the children were in school and we didn’t really know they were here and we had cordoned of the area. They were very professional, very respectful, really helpful: they were really super.Jackie Houghton – Crofton Hammond Infant School, Hampshire
It has transformed our Early Years Area. I will be inviting other local schools to see our fantastic development.Louise Parker - Park Primary School, Wirral
We found Pentagons representative Marion to be very informative and imaginative. She was able to look at our available space and resources and come up with ingenious suggestions for their use. The school was able, with her help, to save money in some areas allowing the purchase of our Trim Trail to go ahead sooner than planned. The installation was smooth and the fitters very child-friendly encouraging the children to see the installation at all stages and explaining what was involved.Sue Gee - Ilketshall St Lawrence Primary School, Beccles
Good job well done!Chris Parker - Whitby Heath Primary School, Ellesmere Port
