With a varied background in Sales, Maddy is part of our Digital Sales team who run the Online Shop. Whether it is processing orders, speaking to customers or going out on site visits to see the fantastic products in action!
Maddy came from a Sales & Recruitment background working in a variety of sectors including Construction, Internal Recruitment and Ecommerce. Her experience within Customer Service is great in building rapport with customers over the phone and in person when she visits her customers.

A Bit About Me!
I’m an identical twin and 1 of four! So used to lots of noise – perfect for working in the Education Sector. And have too many pets to count, this includes lots of fish, 2 snakes, 2 cats and a huge Dog called Duncan.
I love going out for long walks with my partner and Duncan, plus going back home to the Peak District to show them the beautiful scenery in which I grew up.

You can find my work all across the Online Shop pages – I’m involved in updating and taking the images for our Online Shop Products. Plus getting involved in Case Studies like at Rosebank Nursery! Alongside processing and sending out invoices in the background.
I take care of our Millhouse account too, a fantastic nursery furniture provider who are renowned in the industry.
